The heart team is a patient-centric care model that assembles a multidisciplinary group of cardiac specialists to collectively assess and analyze a patient’s case, collaborating to formulate comprehensive recommendations for the most effective and tailored treatment strategy.

Heart Team Discount Eligibility Criteria

A minimum of three people must register from the same hospital/institution.
All registrants in the group using the discount must be affiliated with the same hospital/institution at the time of THT™ 2026.
Each registrant in the group must hold a valid medical license and be employed in one of the specified professions at the time of THT™ 2026.
